About the product

Directions--Shake well. Hold 1 dropper full (1ml) under the tongue for 20 seconds, then swallow. For best results take on an empty stomach. Wait 10 minutes to eat or brush teeth. For best results use first thing in the morning, in the afternoon for a boost, or before exercise. Store in a cool, dry place (59-85 degrees) away from direct sunlight.
