Next Steps

  1. As you review the surgical options you just learned about, it’s important to discuss them with your family and determine the best way for you to achieve your goals together.
  2. If you are ready to take the next step, complete our pre-screen assessment. After one of our insurance coordinators has verified your insurance benefits, we will call you to schedule an appointment to discuss your health status and weight loss surgery options. Please allow 10 business days.
  3. During your first visit, you will meet with Dr. Berghoff or Dr. Mourot. You will also meet with one of our registered dietitians and a patient care coordinator.
