Payment is due at the time of service. Prior to your first scheduled appointment, we recommend that you call your insurance company to verify your benefits. We will submit your claim for you to your insurance company for their consideration of reimbursement to you.
The amount of reimbursement you receive will vary according to the terms of your insurance policy. Some companies may reimburse you at 80%, 60%, 40%, or 0%.
We cannot make guarantees or estimates regarding what reimbursement your plan allows. We accept cash, check or Visa/MasterCard at the time of service.
